Online orders are subject to the same return/exchange policy as in-store purchases. Purchases will have 14 days from the day the order is delivered to the shipping address to initiate a return or exchange (subject to availability). Gus Mayer will gladly accept any merchandise in its original condition. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
